From the 14th April 2015, the Residential Institutions Redress Board (RIRB) becomes partially subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2014.
RIRB application files are not releasable under the 2014 Act for confidentiality reasons.
The RIRB is subject to the Act in relation to administrative matters and will be happy to receive requests from 14 April 2015. These can be addressed to the Board's offices as follows;
